| Spontanes
Fazit: Schweizer Käse besitzt auch eine ansehnliche Verpackung,
prallen Inhalt, dezentem Duft und satten Geschmack. In diesem Fall
sind die Löcher zwar etwas zu groß, der Duft etwas schwach, und
der Inhalt etwas... okay forget it....Aber
das mag auch daran liegen, dass die anwesenden Konsumenten im Großen
und Ganzen eher die Marke Clawfinger bevorzugen, und somit auch die
rechte Partystimmung nicht aufkommen mag. Ansonsten - sind
Crystal Ball ein solides Stilrelikt kopiert von den späten 80ern bis Mitte
Neunziger Jahre - mit dem Elan von, na ja, sagen wir mal - Mid -
30ern im A.... und gewissem
Hang zur Extravaganza... (...stimmt's oder hab ich recht, Mark?!) Spontanious result: Swiss cheese is nicely rapped up, lots of value and a smooth taste. In this case the holes are a little too big. But maybe this is, because the consumers tonight prefer more the Clawfinger- recepie. But on the whole, Crystal Ball are a solid style relict copied from the late 80s to the mid 90s with the energy of some mid thirties. and a certain draw for the extraordinary.... (am I right Mark?!) |

Du bist ein Münchner Unikum und wirst es immer bleiben. Ob
Megahertz oder Eisbrecher, egal... Image ist Image, und Du bist Du....
ein lustiger und unkomplizierter Zeitgenosse. - Sorry, aber Eisbrecher
erinnern mich eher an Rammstein für Arme mit Hang zur Dramaturgie. Aber
das gar nicht mal so übel interpretiert. Vielleicht solltet Ihr doch
nochmal versuchen Euren eigenen individuellen Taste zu
finden.....Stilistisch allerdings die Faust aufs Auge als
Anschluss nach Crystal Ball...... Alex, you are and always will be a Munich patriot. If Megahertz or Eisbrecher.... never mind. Image is Image, and you are you, a funny and uncomplicated guy. Sorry, but Eisbrecher rather remind me on a Rammstein copy. But not bad at all within it's performance..Maybe they should give it another try to find a total individual style. |

sind eine von all diesen vielen hardrockenden Bands, die meinen, sie
müssen mit mitteralterlichem Flair, Geige und Dudelsack etwas komplett
neues kreieren. Dank deutschem Gesang, genauso wie Eisbrecher - gefangen
im germanischen Sprachraum. Aber solange es Liebhaber dieses Genres
gibt, - warum nicht?! Jede Form von Unterhaltung hat ihre
Daseins.Berechtigung. Zumindest solange es Bedarf danach gibt. Ich
würde diese Variante in einfachen Worten mal als - Flavor of the month
bezeichnen. Lang lebe das Mittelalter , aber eine Blinddarmreizung
oder einen vereiterten Backenzahn möcht' ich damals nicht gehabt haben..... .... they are one of those many hardrocking bands, who think, that the have created something completely new with their image, violins and backpipes. Thanks to the german lyrics, they are caught in the german speaking areas as well as Eisbrecher before. But as long as there are fans of this genre - why not. Any kind of entertainment got it's rights to be here. At least, as long there is some demand for it. I'd call this variation simply: - flavour of the month. - Thanx to the ancient times. But I'd rather not have a broken wisdom tooth within this times. |

| Wauw,
wär hätte das gedacht?! Ich am allerwenigsten. Es bestätigt sich
wieder einmal. Je weniger man erwartet, desto mehr bekommt man geboten.
Himmel, sind die gut!!!! Zwar möchte ich mit keinem einzigen der
"hübschen" Knaben auf einer einsamen Insel verbannt sein was
die allgemeine Attraktivität angeht, -darauf kommt's zumindest bei
dieser Band auch nicht an - Gottseidank! Und bei Clawfinger bestätigt
sich einmal mehr der Umstand, das Aussehen nicht alles ist. Da ist eine
Energie und Power drin, die alles bis dato stattgefundene, heute
weit in den Schatten stellt. Der Rhythmus bestimmt das Brachialgewitter,
das da auf uns nieder prasselt mit einer Professionalität, dass uns
Hören uns Sehen vergeht. Die Halle tobt und bebt, und just in diesem
Moment befindet sich das Fass kurz vorm überlaufen. - Jawohl, -
Clawfinger - rule..... definitiv. da gibt's absolut nichts dran zu
rütteln - und ohne mit der Wimper zu zucken, - mit Sicherheit die beste Performance des ganzen
Tages - die allein es schon wert war, hier her gekommen zu sein.
Wauw, who
would have thought that. Neither me as well. The less you expect, the
more you get. Jes.... they are good!!! to be honest, I wouldn't be
on a lonsome island with one of them. But in Clawfingers case you
can really see, - the look is not the most important fact. This is pure
energy and power, more than anything else today yet. The rhythm rules
the thunderstorm very professionall. The venue is shaking
close to an earthquake. Yes, Clawfinger rule - definately and surely the
best performance today and worth a while to have come here today. |

| Eine
deutsche Band - singt englisch - und klingt doch so fürchterlich
"deutsch". Yep, - Edguy gelten als sowas wie die neuen
Shooting Stars am eben "deutschen" Heavy Metal Himmel. Aber
ein Song macht noch keinen Sommer heißt es doch so schön. Vor
allem wenn der Sound pfeift und scheppert, dass die Schwarten,....
äh Wände krachen
in diesem Kasten hier. Die missliche Lage ist ihnen selbst am
meisten bewusst und
vor allem auch deutlich anzusehen. Und das überträgt sich auch auf's (Clawfinger
- ) Publikum. Viel Bombast und ein typisches Klischee' Heavy Metal
Bühnenbild verstärken nicht gerade das angeknackste Gesamtbild. -
However, - Edguy sind keine schlechte Band, aber mit
Sicherheit - war's nicht das richtige Timing, nicht die
richtigen Umstände und nicht der richtige Headliner für das
Gesamt - Line up. Das ist so sicher wie das Amen im Beichtstuhl. A German Band sings english - and still sounds so terribly german. Yep, Edguy are something like the new shooting stars on the german heavy metal sky. Bot one song doesn't make a whole summer, as we say so in german. Most of all, when the sound is spoilt by wrong tunes a frequencies. You can honestly see the irritation in their faces and action. And unfortunatley this vibe is transfered soon to the audiance. A big image, including a Heavy Metal stage outfit doesn't help to get around the overall impression. Howver, Edguy ain't a bad band. But it's not the right timing, not the right circumstances and they are certainly not the right headliner tonight. |
